Ingredients:

•   romaine lettuce or serving tray
•   radishes
•   green olives

Directions: This is a great for Halloween. Peel some radishes leaving a small amount of red on them to give a blood shot look. Now cut off about one fourth of the radish from one end. Using a spoon make a small hole in the flat end of the cut radish. Insert a half of a green olive in the end of the radish with the red pimento part sticking out of the olive.
