| Ghoul-ash Stew |
Ingredients:
1.5 LBs beef stew meat or hamburg
package of small carrots
potatoes cut small
one large onion diced
one lb. fresh mushrooms sliced
one green pepper diced
one stalk celery diced
2 cans golden mushroom soup |
 |
| Directions: This recipe can be served in a bowl or a pumpkin. Be sure to get a pumpkin (about 12") that will not tip. Remove the seeds, rinse and put aside. Combine all the ingredients and cook slowly for 3 hours at 300 degrees until meat is done, or you can use a crock pot and let it cook on it's own. When finished, put the pumpkin on the table and carefully pour in stew, serve this with some crispy French bread and a green salad (see our salad recipe). |
