Directions: A great way to make a hamburger look festive. Kids of all ages love these! Cut olives and bell peppers into desired shapes for faces. A metal cookie cutter works well for making the cheese shapes. Shape ground beef into 1/2"-thick patties. Cook until done, turning once. During the last few minutes of cooking, top with cheese, red or green bell peppers and olives to make faces. Be creative and try the new "Hines" purple & green ketchups. Serve in lettuce-lined buns. |

Coffin Sandwiches: |

| Directions: CUT bread slices into coffin shapes using a cookie cutter or knife. Layer with your favorite sliced meat, cheeses slices, mayonnaise and lettuce. Spear each sandwich with a plastic toothpick to hold it together. You could place a bakery "Happy halloween" sign or a cat or ghost |

Eyeball Salad |

Directions: This is a great for Halloween. Peel some radishes leaving a small amount of red on them to give a blood shot look. Now cut off about one fourth of the radish from one end. Using a spoon make a small hole in the large end of the cut radish. Insert a half of a green olive in the end of the radish with the red pimento part sticking out of the olive. |

Eyeball Appetizer: |

| Directions: Boil eggs until hard. Cut into halves. Usinh a paring knife cut the ends of the egg haves. Use your knife to cut a little cup in the end of the egg halves. Now insert either green or black olive haves into the end of the egg. Use a toothpick to draw bloodshot lines on the eggs near the eyeballs.. | |
Ghost Sandwiches: |

| Directions: Cut bread slices into Ghost shapes
using a cookie cutter. Layer with your favorite sliced meat, cheeses slices, mayonnaise and lettuce. Or you could simply make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Spear each sandwich with a plastic sword toothpick to hold it together. |

Goulash ala Pumpkin: |

| Directions: This recipe can be served in a bowl or a pumpkin. Be sure to get a pumpkin (about 12") that will not tip. Remove the seeds, rinse and put aside. Combine all the ingredients and cook slowly for 3 hours at 300 degrees until meat is done, or you can use a crock pot and let it cook on it's own. When finished, put the pumpkin on the table and carefully pour in stew, serve this with some crispy French bread and a green salad (see our salad recipe). | |

| Directions: Boil eggs until done in water. Slice radishes and other vegetables. Using a small knife make slits for the radish slice ears, the pepper nose, olive eyes and a small whole to use for (noodle) tail. Poke eye and nose holes with skewer. Add all the parts and sit in a bowl. If you like Add bean sprouts to bottom of bowl for looks. | |
Mummy Dogs |

| Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut hot dogs in half across the middle. Take crescent rolls out of can and unroll. Divide into rectangles. Put 1 slice of cheese on each rectangle. Sprinkle 1 tsp of baco-bits on top of each slice of cheese. Put 1/2 hot dog on top of each slice of cheese and roll the roll around the hotdog. Seal edges by pressing dough together. Put on un-greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Poke eye holes with skewer. | |

Murdered Meatloaf |

| Directions: Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Or use your favorite meatloaf recipe. But, instead of putting it into a loaf pan, shape it into a body. Bake as usual, when serving, leave the serving knife stuck in the meatloaf and pour some ketchup around the knife. Use olive slices for eyes. Guaranteed to gross out just about anyone! | |

Pumpkin Pizza |

| Directions: Have each person make an individual pizzas with English muffins. Spread spaghetti sauce on English muffin. Create a face using shredded cheese, pepperoni, green & red pepper strips, mushrooms, etc., to make the face. Have an adult heat the pizzas in oven at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. Quick, easy and fun!! | |

| Directions: Grease a cookie sheet with oil, and set aside. Carefully make 4 cuts on the chicken breasts halfway to create five fingers (the uncut part is the palm of the hand). Dust the chicken in flour, then dip it in egg, and then coat in bread crumbs. Broil each side until golden and cooked through. The above contents will make 4 servings. Adjust ingredients for the amount of pieces you will cook. | |

| Directions: Precook your rice until tender. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, while it is heating add chopped onions and vegetable oil to the skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until the onions are slightly brown and tender. Now add the beef to the skillet in small chunks, stirring until the meat is brown. Drain the grease from the skillet. Add cans of mushrooms, mushroom soup, rice and diced bell peppers to the frying pan with your meat. Spoon the veggie/meat mixture into bowl. | |

| Directions: A great party favorite. Cut cheese, olives, lettuce and tomatoes ahead of time. Brown a pound of hamburg in a frying pan. Place the hamburg first in taco shells. Now assemble the taco to your liking. Place cheese, lettuce and tomatoes on top of hamburg. To make the eyes, drop two spoons of sour cream in the middle of each taco to make it look like eyeballs. | |

| Directions: For head, pour 1 cup Ranch Dressing into a small bowl lined with lettuce leaves to resemble hair. Starting with the bowl as the head, form a skeleton shape by arranging sliced fresh vegetables such as peppers, cucumber slices, snow peas, mushrooms, celery or carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, and broccoli. | |

| Directions: Prepare the type of rice you want. While the rice is cooking, brown hot dogs or sausages in a frying pan at medium heat. Remove the rice from the stove and carefully lift off the cover. Fluff the rice with a fork and set pan aside. When sausages are done, carefully transfer them onto paper towels to drain. Spoon the rice into an empty baking pan. Add sausages leaving partially uncovered the way Kitty does. Use a large spoon to give a pooper scooper look for serving. | |

| Directions: Hollow out tomatoes with a carrot peeler or knife. Drain excess tomato juice by staining the tomatoes with the hole down for a while. Using a pastry bag or butter knife, fill the holes in tomatoes with cream cheese. Give each pimple a gentle squeeze and arrange on a platter. | |
