You need: plastic watering can, witch's hat, trash bag, paints
1. Glue felt pieces for face or paint face. 2. Cut down both long sides of
trash bag leaving the bottom intact. Leave the bag folded at bottom. Cut 1/2-inch-wide
strips for hair, leave a three inch wide band uncut across top. 3. Slip the
shredded bag under the handle of can to hang down like hair, glue hair in place.
4. Glue the (store bought) hat on top. Optional: Place ribbon around the hat
and attach a bow in front. Hot glue flower to bow. |
