Add Halloween spirit to your windows by makeing some spooky looking curtains.
Use old material or sheets and wash them with gray clothes dye. Rinse
& wash them until you are sure that there is no extra dye. Tatter
the edges to make them look old and ragged. Don't sew, stable the
curtains. |
Boarded up:
Board up the windows with thin wood or cardboard. Place cutouts mentioned
on this page in window. Be sure that all boards can be easily removed
in an emergency.
|
Cutouts:
Consider decorating your windows with some pictures that you drew
yourself. Cutouts from black construction paper make easy Halloween
window decorations that can be reused year after year. Draw your images
on black construction paper with a pencil. Cut the image out and use
scotch tape to attach to windows. There are lots of pages that you
can color on this web site and use to decorate your house. Go to the
"Coloring Pages" . Print,
color and hang them up on your windows. Or draw your own decorations,
