What you need.

1. Start with a large cardboard box that should be large enough for your body, with holes for arms and head. Try on box before painting.
2. Paint the box black and allow to dry.
3. Glue soda caps for knobs, dials and buttons.
4. Paint skeleton on black box with white paint. Allow to dry
