| To dress up as an All American Lady you will need to purchase the following material: Red stripes - blue with white stars and white material. You can do this any way you like really, you may come up with a better design. The whole idea is to dress in red, white and blue clothing. This outfit would go great with the "Uncle Sam" costume.
