| Cover the
top hoop with vinyl. Construct the toothpaste tube by taping white
vinyl to two hoops. Now cut a hole in the top hoop large enough for
your head. Cut out letters that spell "Crest" or whatever brand you
like. Glue the letters onto the tube. You could make the letters with
a marker also. Wrap the matching color construction paper into a cone
shape for a hat. You could also wear matching sweat pants and shirt
instead. Use the same color construction paper or a small lamp shade
to make a hat, shape the paper around a large can and tape it in place.
