Measure the height of child so costume doesnt touch the floor. Cut out a long strip of cardboard and shape in a circle and hot glue, glue on foam. Attach green plastic bags over the foam. Cut a hole in middle of top for head. Glue in a piece of carboard to front and back. Attach a piece of red cloth to middle. Attach packing peanuts to center with hot glue and let cool.
