Raining cats & dogs

This costume looks super. Its easy to put together. Attach stuffed animals to an old umbrella with glue. Or sew them on and you wont ruin the umbrella or animals. Thats it! Now just put on a reaincoat and it looks like it is raining cats and dogs. Brittany won 2nd place in the costume contest for originality and ease of making it. Thanks Brittany |
