What you need:

  • black robe or cloak

  • white shirt with collar

  • tie

  • black witches hat

  • glasses from costume shop

  • sneakers

  • stick for wand

  • red makeup for scar

  • broom
    		•  potter badge
    CAPE -You can purchase a cape from a costume store for several dollars or you can also use a plastic tablecloth. Sew a thick piece of string to both sides of the cape so you can easily take off the cape. Print this page and glue the badge to heavy paper and let dry. Cut out the badge and attach it to the robe with double sided tape.
    SCAR -Harry has a lightning shaped scar on his forehead put there by the evil Lord Voldemort. Use red makeup to draw a lightning scar.
    GLASSES -Harry Potter wears big circular black glasses. You can purchase some for a few dollars or make your own by tracing a can on paper and cutting out the center.
    HAT -Can be made out of cardboard or purchased for a few dollars. Make a cone shape and tape or staple it closed, cut the bottom even. Cut moons and stars from construction paper and then put glitter on them. Attach with white glue and or you can glue on large metallic confetti.
    WAND -Find a crooked stick and hot glue or tape a star made out of cardboard to the end. Put glue on the star and then glitter on both sides of the star.
    Optional: Write the word "Firebolt" on a broom with a marker.
