  • Long sleeve white or pink shirt

  • Short sleeve shirt

  • Fiber stuffing for shirt sleeves

    What you need For Olive Oil.


  • Black Skirt

  • Red blouse with white collar

  • Put hair in a pug
    •
    To dress up as Popeye & Olive Oil wear the clothing above. The only other thing you need to do is have Popeye stuff the arms of the white shirt with cotton fiber filling. Draw an anchor on the sleeve. Olive Oil should have her hair pulled back and slicked down.
