What you need.

| You may already have the things you need to dress up as Dr. Who. First you will need a white shirt & tie and a suit. Put on sneakers, if you can get red sneakers even better. Put on a pair of fake eyeglasses, or use your own glass' if you have them. You can also have a parent apply mousse to your hair and make it stand up a bit. This is a hot new costume for this year.
