may have seen this lady in the Disney movie "101 Dalmations"? Most
importantly is the black/white wig. If you cannot find one at your
costume shop, you can use colored hair spay and color one side
of your wig with it. You could even color half of your own hair.
You will need to have a black or dark dress. Find a white scarf
or boa. You need a pair of long red gloves. Now you will need to
paint your face using the makeup recipe.
Make your face a pale white and use dark red lipstick and fingernail
polish. If you have a stuffed toy dalmation dog, carry that along
