Addams Family

This is a great idea for a family or individual. This photo was submitted to me by the family in the photo. As you can see they dressed up in costumes they made themselves, and they look fantastic. You may already have all the items you need in your closet for these costumes. Does this family love Halloween or what? You betcha, Mark (Gomez) & Stacia (Morticia) are even renewing their vows on Halloween. And the children Julia (Wednesday) and Alex (Lurch) will be there to help celebrate.

	Morticia Addams What you'll need. long black dress dark wig or can of black hair spray baby powder, or white makeup Start with a long black dress. If you don't have one, they can be bought inexpensively at thrift stores or yard sales, or try dyeing a dress black. Apply makeup or powder to your face to make it look pale. Need a black dress?, try a thrift shop or yard sale.
	Gomez Addams What you'll need. dark suit white shirt tie pocket watch is optional Wear an old dark suit. If you don't have one, suits can be bought inexpensively at thrift stores or yard sales. Use black hair spray if you need to darken hair. Use makeup for fake mustache or you can buy a fake one. If you have one carry an old pocket watch in your vest pocket.
	Wednesday Addams What you'll need. black dress black tights paper doilies or coffee filters old doll A black dress can be bought cheaply at thrift stores or yard sales. Make the white collar from coffee filters or doilies. Wear hair in 2 pigtails. Use makeup to lighten face. Carry an old doll.
	Lurch What you'll need. dark suit white shirt bow tie Wear an old dark suit. If you don't have one, suits can be bought inexpensively at thrift stores or yard sales. Wear with a white shirt and bow tie. Apply a light gray makeup to face and hands. Lighten hair with white or gray temporary hair spray if needed.
	Pugsley Addams What you'll need. shorts Striped short sleeve shirt Easy or what? Wear shorts and a striped short-sleeve shirt. Note: If you wear the shorts, you would not want to stay outside in the cold for long.
